1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, licences, and services purchased through EdAppsRSA or its individual applications.
2. Free Trials & Evaluation
Where offered, free trials allow you to evaluate an app before purchase. No payment is required during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a significant fault or error prevents the service from being usable as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date and include a clear description of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Charges for usage-based fees, add-ons, or services already consumed are generally non-refundable. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
